Job summary

Legends Global in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Conversion Crew Lead to supervise conversions for sports and entertainment events at Desert Diamond Arena. You will ensure safe, timely configurations and oversee a small team.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and working knowledge of facility operations and staging equipment. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to gain knowledge of facility operations, changeovers and setups.
• Experience with operation equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers, and daily tasks.
• Act on information from Operations Manager for event setups and changeovers.
• Oversee overnight conversion team to prepare flooring, risers and seating for events.
• Participate in day-to-day facility operations.
• Perform routine facility tasks on non-event days.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments on projects.
