Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an Area Manager to lead warehouse teams at our Hebron, KY facility, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.

You will develop staff, collaborate with HR, Safety, and Customer Service, and implement process improvements to drive productivity in a high-volume environment.

Applicants should have 2–4 years of WMS experience, prior leadership, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong organizational, communication, and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to deliver on daily goals.
• Work closely with support staff (HR, Safety, Customer Service, Other Ops Leaders) to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting functional area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Utilize workload planning tools and other resources to complete scheduled workload ensuring orders are fulfilled to meet standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Perform to quality standards in multiple functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
