Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a warehouse supervisor to assist with overseeing a shift of operations including receiving, storage, and distribution for items from internal and external sources. The role focuses on safe, efficient distribution to departments to meet internal and external customer needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma with 1 year in a leadership role in warehouse or production ops, forklift certification, and familiarity with SAP, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school graduate plus 1-year experience in a leadership position in Warehouse operations in production operations in a non-exempt, non-union workforce.
• Must have forklift certification and a clean driving record.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Computer Knowledge- SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in basic English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the supervision of a shift of warehouse operations and activities including receiving, storage, and distribution of all items for a multi-shift operation, received either from internal departments or external resources/suppliers.
• Ensures that parts and supplies are distributed to proper departments in a safe and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
