Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to guide the team in daily operations, focusing on accurate receiving, picking, and shipping. You will coordinate with multiple departments to meet on-time fulfillment while maintaining safety and inventory integrity.

The role requires at least 3 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation skills, and proficiency with RF technology and MS Excel. It is a full-time on-site position with standard warehouse hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years general warehouse experience.
• Experience with RF technology and automated distribution environment is a plus.
• Reach truck and counterbalance forklift experience.
• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and guide warehouse associates.
• Coordinate receiving and shipping priorities.
• Resolve inventory issues and adjust locations.
• Manage weekly cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Prepare shipping documents and invoices for outbound shipments.
• Maintain organized, clean storage areas and equipment.
