Job summary

Poly Inc. seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily shift operations, coordinate forklift activities, and ensure timely loading and staging of materials across Molding, Printing and Warehouse areas.

The role requires a valid forklift license, strong English communication, and experience in lean manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will maintain safety standards, prepare shipping documentation, and support inter-warehouse transfers.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift operation and safe on-floor supervision.
• Must be able to read and follow shipping documentation and quality requirements.
• Experience in lean manufacturing practices (5S, Six Sigma, TPS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop-floor activities and coordinate shift operations.
• Operate forklift and supervise on-floor movements of product and materials.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and drive incident investigations when needed.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate trailer loading and inter-warehouse transfers.
• Record movements using RF scanner and resolve scan errors.
• Direct reports on shift: forklift operators and drivers.
