Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Area Lead responsible for directing material movement and supervising staff at the Romeoville facility. You will train employees, coordinate loading at docks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift operation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the movement of materials.

• Assist in inventory control and load materials as needed.
