The role requires 4+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or food/manufacturing, with SAP/WMS/ERP proficiency and the ability to work off-shift across a three-shift operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• 4+ years supervisory experience leading a logistics department.
• Experience with large WMS, TMS or ERP systems; SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work off shift to support 3-shift operation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor performance of warehouse and inventory staff.
• Set clear performance expectations to meet delivery and receiving goals.
• Establish and deliver department metrics.
• Oversee transportation and warehousing performance and schedules.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance of forklift/equipment.
