Maker's Pride is seeking a warehouse supervisor to assist with overseeing a shift of operations including receiving, storage, and distribution for items from internal and external sources. The role focuses on safe, efficient distribution to departments to meet internal and external customer needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma with 1 year in a leadership role in warehouse or production ops, forklift certification, and familiarity with SAP, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school graduate plus 1-year experience in a leadership position in Warehouse operations in production operations in a non-exempt, non-union workforce.
• Must have forklift certification and a clean driving record.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Computer Knowledge- SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in basic English; Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to obtain a forklift certification and must have a clean driving record. Prior experience with reach truck/stand up forklift is required.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Multi-shift production operations may be expansive, noisy, wet/humid and vary in temperature from refrigerated environment, ambient or warm in summer months depending on facility.

Starting Pay: $32.80/hr., a shift differential is offered for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
