Job summary
Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a warehouse supervisor to assist with overseeing shift operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution to multiple departments. The role ensures safe, efficient distribution to meet internal and external customer requirements.
The position requires a high school diploma with at least 1 year in a leadership role in warehouse/production, forklift certification, and basic English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school graduate with 1 year experience in a leadership position in Warehouse operations in production operations in a non-exempt, non-union workforce.
- Must have forklift certification and a clean driving record.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
- Computer knowledge: SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in basic English; Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with supervision of a shift of warehouse operations and activities including receiving, storage, and distribution of all items for a multi-shift operation.
- Ensure parts and supplies are distributed to proper departments in a safe and efficient manner to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
- Perform essential duties satisfactorily as directed and required.
