Qualifications

• 1 year related experience and appropriate insurance licensing required OR 6 years experience if no degree.
• Participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program can substitute degree.
• Ability to conduct client discovery with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a new business pipeline of qualified leads.
• Act as a consultant on an independent basis.
• Ensure quarterly check-ins with Client Service team.
