The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience (or a high school diploma with 8+ years) and an active license. Preferred CPCU/CIC/ARM and strong sales and communication skills.

• License required

Responsibilities

• Has both account management and production responsibilities—hybrid role; renewal/retention and new business goals
• Responsible for development and successful acquisition of new business revenue from new and existing clients; provide high-level client service to assigned accounts
