Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant licensing or internship program.
• 1 year related experience or completion of Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) with licensing.
• High School Diploma with 6 years related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue with emphasis on small to mid-size clients.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs and retains them as clients.
• Participates in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
• Manages client relationships and supports day-to-day account management.
