Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a candidate in New Jersey for a hybrid role combining account management and production responsibilities. You will work on renewal/retention and drive new business revenue while delivering high levels of client service to assigned accounts.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience or a high school diploma with 8+ years of related experience, plus a license. CPCU/CIC/ARM are preferred. Strong sales and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
• License required.
• Preferred: CPCU, CIC, or ARM designation.
• Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
