Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a store area, manage daily operations, and supervise Associates as part of Store Leadership. The role focuses on safety, merchandising, and efficient front-end operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The Area Supervisor will ensure adherence to company standards, training, and performance expectations while maintaining an engaging and productive work environment for the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe, secure, and organized store environment.
• Supervises Associates and supports Store Leadership during shifts.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Executes company processes for daily operations as needed.
• Governs front-end operations, cashier procedures, and POS use.
