Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes and loss prevention.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers, break schedules, and front-end procedures.
• Ensure stockroom organization, back-stock processing, and floor replenishment.
