Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor in Greenville, SC to oversee a specific store area and support general store operations when acting as Manager on Duty.

You will open/close the store, supervise Associates, maintain presentation standards, and execute Company processes to ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. Responsibilities include leading Front End operations, training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety, loss prevention, and merchandising

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-merchandised store environment.
• Lead Front End operations and ensure efficient customer service.
• Enforce Loss Prevention and safety procedures.
• Oversee stockroom duties and merchandising in assigned area.
• Perform payroll and administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
