Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a specific store area and supervise operations as the Manager on Duty. You will open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while ensuring company standards are met.

You will oversee merchandise presentation, safety, loss prevention, and front-end operations, coaching staff and ensuring efficient, friendly service and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
