Responsibilities

• Supervises Associates and ensures store operations in the assigned area.
• Open and close the store; maintain a clean, merchandised environment.
• Maintain safe and secure environments; report unsafe conditions.
• Represent and support the Ross brand; enforce dress code.
• Lead Front End operations to minimize customers’ wait time and maintain standards.
• Assist with merchandising, back stock, and floor moves as needed.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
