Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and English fluency.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations in the assigned area and assist Store Manager on Duty.
• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment.
• Ensure proper merchandising, safety, and housekeeping standards; uphold company processes.
• Lead front-end operations to ensure efficient checkout and exceptional service.
• Support loss prevention efforts and ensure policy compliance across the store.
• Train and coach staff on POS usage and checkout procedures.
