Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store, supervising Associates and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safe and secure environments and report unsafe conditions.
• Lead Front End operations, train cashiers, and manage line pace to reduce wait times.
• Manage stockroom organization, merchandising, and back stock.
• Loss prevention and integrity for cash, data, and merchandise.
• Administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, and store compliance.
