Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of the store and assets.
• Open and close the store as needed and supervise associates.
• Represent the Ross brand with professionalism and customer focus.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
• Oversee front-end operations, cashiering, and loss prevention responsibilities.
• Assist with training and coaching store staff and stockroom tasks.
