Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain proper merchandise presentation and a clean, organized workspace.
• Supervise Front End operations and help expedite Customer wait times.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers, shrink control and procedures.
• Enforce Company Best Practices and store policies across areas.
• Assist payroll administration including scheduling as needed.
