Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe, secure shopping environment and enforces safety policies.
• Oversees store operations when Manager on Duty, including opening/closing and supervision of Associates.
• Represents the Ross brand with professional appearance and courteous service.
• Coordinates merchandising, stockroom organization and back stock processing.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
