Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise presentation, store cleanliness, and adherence to company processes. You will lead loss prevention, safety, and front-end operations while coaching staff for high performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates to maintain a friendly shopping environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Back-end responsibilities: loss prevention, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Manage floor presence to reduce customer waiting times.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance with store branding and policies.
