Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure sales floor and building.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end procedures and cash handling.
• Ensures merchandise presentation and stockroom organization meet company standards.
• Monitors loss prevention and handles incident reporting.
• Oversees administrative duties such as payroll and scheduling per policy.
• Supports store leadership in opening and closing procedures.

Skills
