Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to join our team in Bel Air, MD. You will oversee a specific area of the store, manage daily operations as the Manager on Duty, and supervise Associates to ensure a friendly, easy to shop environment with strong merchandise presentation.

You will open/close the store, enforce safety, handle front-end duties, and support loss prevention efforts while delivering excellent customer service and upholding Ross’s standards.

Formación

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and a clean work area.
• Execute and supervise store operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safe and secure environments and report unsafe conditions.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Assist with front-end supervision, floor moves, and signing as needed.
