Qualifications

• Safety is the number one priority and proper safety practices must be followed on the sales floor.
• Treat Customers, Associates, and other leaders with respect; maintain courtesy and professionalism at all times.
• Represent and support the Ross Stores brand; maintain professional appearance and adherence to Dress Code.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised stores and execute daily trash removal, ensuring standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment; reports unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Supervises Associates, opens and closes the Store, and manages operations when functioning as Manager on Duty.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and maintains a clean work area at all times.
• Executes and supervises Company operational processes as needed.
• Receives and processes merchandise with urgency and supports general merchandising standards.
