Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and manage the store when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• Provide strong customer service and professionalism to customers and staff.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and shortage control policies.
• Control break schedules, ensure equipment works, and manage front-end procedures.
• Maintain stockrooms, assist with floor moves, and ensure back-stock organization.
• Support loss prevention and maintain safe store operations.
