Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and timely shipments.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers, policies, and shrink prevention.
• Lead Front End operations to minimize wait times for customers.
• Assist with payroll administration and store duties as assigned.
