Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and supervise Associates, acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and a clean, inviting sales floor.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and company policies on the sales floor.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Coordinate stockroom duties, deliveries, and back-stock organization.
