Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and security on the sales floor and assists with emergency procedures.
• Supervises associates and ensures a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Represents and supports the Ross brand and maintains professional appearance per Dress Code.
• Conducts merchandising, stockroom organization, and back-stock processing.
• Trains and coaches associates on cash registers, shortage control, and front-end procedures.
• Ensures Go-backs are scanned, tagged, ticketed, and merchandised according to company standards.
• Executes store best practices to maximize productivity and reduce steps and touches.
