Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and Associates.
• Opens and closes the store, supervises Associates and supports Manager on Duty.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and clean, organized stockrooms.
• Executes loss prevention and front-end procedures per company best practices.
• Trains and coaches staff on cash registers and shortage control policies.
• Manages payroll, scheduling and administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
