Responsibilities include enforcing safety and loss prevention, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company standards across merchandising, front-end operations, and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work area at all times.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safe and secure environments and protect store assets.
• Provide customer service and leadership to team members.
• Oversee administrative duties and payroll-related tasks as assigned.
