Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a defined store area and oversee daily operations as part of Store Leadership in Town of Wausau, WI. You will supervise Associates, ensure safe, friendly shopping, and maintain merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include front-end supervision, training, loss prevention, and executing store processes. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.

Formación

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees store operations and supervision in the absence of the Manager on Duty.
• Maintains safe, clean, and organized selling environment.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and stockroom upkeep.
• Performs front-end supervision and cashier training.
• Monitors loss prevention and enforces company policies.
• Coordinates administrative duties and schedules with Store Manager.
