Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Safe & Secure Environments: safety-first operations and security of the store.
• Customer Service: deliver courteous, professional service.
• General Merchandising: ensure stock, back stock, and floor presentation meet standards.
• Loss Prevention: contribute to store loss prevention and confidentiality.
• Front End Supervision and Operations: supervise checkout areas and staff.
• Fitting Rooms and Administrative Duties as assigned by Store Manager.
