Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; supervise associates and operate as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean, easy-to-shop environment.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safety and security; enforce safety procedures and report hazards.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and basic store administration with the Store Manager.
• Supervise Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads as applicable.
