Job summary

You will lead Associates, control checkout activities, and promote company policies while ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe, secure shopping environment.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and clean work area.
• Lead front-end processes and cash handling.
• Oversee daily merchandising and floor moves.
• Assist with loss prevention and security procedures.
• Support payroll administration and associate scheduling.
