Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates during assigned shifts.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and organization to company standards.
• Execute and reinforce loss prevention and safety procedures on the sales floor.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Manage break schedules, stockroom organization, and back-end processes as needed.
