Qualifications

• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store operations in a defined area, including opening and closing the store.
• Maintain friendly, easy-to-shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes to standard.
• Maintain safety and security on the sales floor and assist with loss prevention measures.
• Oversee front-end processes, cashier operations, and staffing to keep lines moving.
• Train and coach associates on store procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
• Ensure backroom, stock, and merchandising areas stay clean, organized, and compliant with policy.
