Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a specific store area and assist the Manager on Duty with operations.
• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean, organized sales floor.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
• Lead front-end operations, cashier training, and adjust staffing as needed.
• Manage stockrooms, back stock, and daily housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain payroll-related duties and store administrative tasks as assigned.
