Ross Stores, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee a defined store area and assist the Manager on Duty with daily operations, staffing, and customer service.

You will ensure proper merchandise presentation, safe shopping conditions, and adherence to company procedures across the floor. This role requires supervising Associates, opening/closing duties, loss prevention awareness, and frontline training on checkout and cashier processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store and supervise associates.
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-merchandised environment.
• Execute loss prevention and security procedures.
• Front End supervision and cashier training.
• Administrative duties including payroll and banking.
