Responsibilities

• Maintaining safe and secure environments on the sales floor and back areas.
• Supervising associates and ensuring friendly, professional store operations.
• Representing and supporting the Ross brand with professional appearance.
• Maintaining merchandise presentation and clean work areas to standard.
• Managing front-end operations, checkout flow, and ensuring efficient customer service.
• Overseeing merchandising, back stock, stockroom organization, and loss prevention measures.
