Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in retail settings.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and associates.
• Supervises Store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Oversees front-end staffing and maintains customer flow to reduce wait times.
• Ensures merchandising standards and stockroom organization are maintained.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Manages payroll and scheduling in cooperation with Store Manager.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
