• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 7+ years of required technical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Champions health, safety and environmental policies and process improvement.
• Responsible for value creation and profitability of assigned area.
• Ensures equipment is clean and in excellent working condition.
• Deploys equipment, materials, and personnel to job sites to optimize operations and costs.
• Delivers preventive maintenance and call outs within a geographic area.
• Communicates performance metrics and improvement plans with team and other departments.
• Manages budgets and operational standards; supports management reviews.
