Job summary

AWP Safety, a leading North American traffic control company, seeks a Field Supervisor in Ohio. The role leads 30+ field crews, enforces safety practices, and supports area leadership to drive company initiatives while maintaining field and office duties.

Strong communication and relationship-building are essential. You will oversee safety, training, and performance, traveling to sites as needed, and ensuring high-quality service for customers and projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships with your team.
• Direct leadership/supervision for 30+ protectors (field based crews).
• Must adhere to and promote safe workplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership/supervision for 30+ protectors (field based crews).
• Support Area Manager and General Manager in executing company initiatives.
• Collaborate daily with Area Staff to improve all business areas.
• Maintain Field (80%) and Office (20%) responsibilities.
• Address customer service issues promptly while ensuring high service levels.
