AWP Safety in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field crews, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will report to Area and General Managers and help protect employees, customers, and assets.

The role is 80% field, 20% office, with opportunities to develop teams and advance safety initiatives. Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 plus a 7% AIP bonus, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED completion.
• 4-year degree in a business-related field is a plus but not required.
• 1-2 years of supervisor experience leading 20+ people.
• Able to connect with field-level customers and contacts.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Build work relationships with your team.
• Contributes to engagement and ongoing development of employees.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Area Manager and GM in managing the field team.
• Collaborate with Area Staff for continuous improvement.
• Direct supervision for Field crews.
• 80% in Field and 20% in Office responsibilities.
• Enforce safety, quality, training and engagement focus.
• Protect employees, customers, and assets via safe practices.
• Coach, motivate, and develop your team.
• Develop relationships with customers to win new business.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and work in the field as needed.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer service issues.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and training needs.
• Facilitate teambuilding and training programs.
• Obtain ATSSA and state-specific certifications.
• Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and flagging.
