You will oversee a defined store area, open/close duties, supervise associates, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while maintaining merchandise presentation and store standards. The ideal candidate brings customer service and supervisory experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure store environment and adheres to loss prevention standards.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports store leadership.
• Performs general merchandising tasks, including receiving, stocking, and ensuring product presentation.
• Trains and coaches associates, enforcing company standards and procedures.
• Oversees front-end operations, cashier procedures, and line management to reduce wait times.
• Manages fitting rooms and administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
