Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Maintain proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and proper front-end operations.
• Train and coach staff on cash registers, shortage control, and front-end procedures.
• Handle administrative duties, payroll, and store compliance as assigned.
