Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates when the Manager on Duty is not present.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Lead front-end operations, cashier training, and stock/receipts processes.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on daily administrative tasks and reporting.
• Support loss prevention initiatives and uphold store policies.

Skills
