Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication; fluent English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store and supervise Associates when Manager on Duty.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Execute and supervise store operational processes; support loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Provide training and coaching to Associates; manage front end operations and scheduling.
• Handle administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager, including payroll-related tasks.
